Kim has over 20 years of human resources, leadership development and strategic planning experience, primarily in the financial services industry. Prior to joining LBA, she held leadership roles with First Union (Wachovia), Barnett Banks (Bank of America), Wellspring Resources (CitiStreet), Stop at Nothing, Inc. and Select Portfolio Servicing. As the Managing Director of LBA, Kim is responsible for firm operations, growth strategy and human resources, where she has been instrumental in cultivating the LBA culture that allows our employees to maximize their Work/Life SUCCESS.

 

Kim is actively involved with the Coggin College of Business Career Management Center at the University of North Florida. She participates as a career advisor and mentor in both the Coggin Mentoring Program and in the University’s STAR program, which are designed to prepare students for successful entry into professional careers.

 

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of North Florida and currently serves on the Athena Power Link mentoring board that helps select successful women-owned businesses grow to the next level. Kim and her husband, Ed, are both natives of Jacksonville and enjoy traveling to places that have great beaches and music, and are loyal Jaguars fans.
