Chairman of the Board
Richard serves as Chairman of the Board for LBA and is responsible for the strategic vision and plan for the firm’s future growth. He joined LBA right out of college and has over 30 years of experience providing financial and management advice to business owners and practicing professionals. Richard has extensive experience in assisting businesses with financial management, succession planning, tax planning and budgeting. In his practice, he is primarily focused on the firm’s healthcare and professional service clients. Richard received his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and is a member of several local and national organizations.
Managing Partner
As Managing Partner for LBA, Neal has ultimate responsibility for firm operations, product quality, marketing, human resources and the financial management of the firm. In his practice as trusted advisor to his clients, Neal provides tax and estate planning advice to business owners, top management and individuals. He joined LBA in 1992 and has over 19 years of experience in public accounting. Neal received his bachelor's degree from Florida State University and serves in a leadership role for several local organizations.

David provides consulting and tax planning to individuals and small businesses, as well as numerous professional service providers such as physicians, dentists and attorneys. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of North Florida and serves on the Board of Directors for the Riverside Fine Arts Association. David has been with LBA for 28 years.
Business Advisory Services Partner
Joey joined LBA in 1999 and has provided accounting, tax and consulting services to Jacksonville area clients for over 14 years. As one of the leaders of the firm's tax and business services group, Joey provides individuals and business owners proactive, strategic tax and management consulting services. His industry focus includes construction, real estate development, services, manufacturing and retail. Joey earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in Accounting at the University of Florida. He serves on the board of directors of Family Support Services of North Florida, Inc., and is a member of the Rotary Club of Orange Park Sunrise as well as numerous professional organizations.

Ed has over 35 years of providing professional accounting consulting to businesses and individuals in Northeast Florida. After serving as Director and Managing Partner of his own firms, Ed joined LBA as a Partner in 2003, merging his practice into LBA’s. His extensive experience includes serving as an expert witness and consultant in numerous trial cases, and consulting to corporate clients on sale and purchase issues, financing, refinancing and restructuring. Ed serves on numerous local Boards and Committees and received his bachelor's Degree from Jacksonville University.
Tax and Business Advisory Services Partner
Rob leads the tax practice at LBA with over 25 years of experience. Joining LBA immediately following his college graduation, Rob has committed his practice to providing businesses and individuals with extremely high level strategic tax planning, structuring and consulting services. Rob serves on the Boards of Directors for the Jacksonville Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association and the Estate Planning Council. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.
Audit Partner
Scott spent the first 15 years of his 23-year career with two of the National (Big 4) accounting and consulting firms. In addition to his CPA designation, Scott is also a Certified Forensic Accountant, a Certified Forensic Consultant and a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Accounting. Scott received his bachelor's degree from Long Island University and his master's degree from the University of North Florida. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Duval Unit of the American Cancer Society and is a member of the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Billy brings 20 years of experience to LBA, providing clients with tax compliance and consulting and general financial management advice. After spending the first 15 years of his career with a worldwide accounting firm, Billy has extensive experience. He serves large, multi-state organizations, as well as small to middle-market entrepreneurial and start-up organizations. Billy joined LBA in 2003 when he merged his own practice into LBA. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of America, North Florida Council. Billy received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Florida State University.
Audit Partner
Harry leads the audit practice at LBA, which has tripled in size just over the last five years. He oversees the firm’s audit engagements and his team reviews all financial statements for technical adherence to professional standards. Harry also provides consulting and tax planning to commercial businesses, not-for-profit organizations and individuals. He joined LBA over 25 years ago after receiving his bachelor's degree from Florida State University.

Bill focuses his practice on the firm’s professional clients. Serving mostly attorneys, law firms, physicians and physician practice groups, Bill has been referred to as “The Guy” for individuals within these professions. His background includes international and local firm experience and after joining LBA in 1999, was elected Partner in January 2007. Bill received his bachelor's degree from Florida State University and serves on the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville Speech and Hearing Center.

Jim provides his diverse client base with proactive, strategic tax and management consulting services. With over 15 years of experience in public accounting, Jim also serves as one of the leaders of LBA’s business advisory services groups. In that role, Jim leads and directs a team of 20 LBA professionals. He is a member of numerous local professional and community organizations and has held leadership positions with several of them. Jim received his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.

Curt focuses his practice on researching, evaluating and executing some of the most complex tax strategies the firm's clients face. He has almost twenty years of experience, including five years with a worldwide accounting firm, providing tax compliance and consulting services to Jacksonville area clients. Curt works with large, multi-state organizations, as well as small to middle-market entrepreneurial and start-up organizations, in industries such as construction, real estate and professional services. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of North Florida.

John has over 25 years of public accounting experience, most of which were spent with the international firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Prior to joining LBA in 2008, John was a Tax Partner with PWC. He has extensive experience with international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions and the Federal Research Credits. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame.
